Overview
Austin Klein is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Austin assists with the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial and mixed use properties and with commercial leasing matters.
In addition, Austin has represented lenders in numerous commercial finance transactions, including real estate lending and assets-based lending.
Austin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During his time at UF Law, Austin was a Research Editor for the Florida Law Review. In addition, he was the President of the John Marshall Bar Association, an Associate Justice for the UF Supreme Court, a Commissioner for the UF Student Government Elections Commission, and an Ambassador for the UF Law Levin Ambassadors Program. Austin’s leadership roles at UF Law resulted in an invitation to Florida Blue Key, the oldest and most prestigious leadership honorary in Florida. Prior to attending law school, Austin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida.
Before joining Burr & Forman, Austin practiced real estate law at a regional law firm in Southwest Florida.
