Four Burr & Forman Attorneys Named "Legal Elite" by Florida Trend
Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been recognized by Florida Trend magazine on its 2014 "Legal Elite" list. Included on this year's list are Orlando-based attorneys Morey Raiskin and Vivien Monaco, as well as Tampa attorney Harvey Kauget. Brendan A. Sweeney, an attorney in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, was selected as an "Up and Comer." His experience in labor and employment law spans more than 30 years, advising employers on a number of matters such as: personnel issues, including personnel policy and guideline development, noncompete agreements, union-related activities, litigation, and wage, and hour and discrimination claims.
In addition, Monaco in Orlando is recognized in the area of Environmental and Land Use. Her practice focuses on serving public and private real estate clients in areas related to environmental, land use, zoning and growth management law.
Harvey, a Partner in Tampa is recognized in the area of Intellectual Property Rights, representing clients in patent and trade secret litigation, IP risk management, and portfolio licensing.
