Matt Modelski is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Matt’s practice is primarily focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions and general corporate representation. Matt comes from a background in the financial industry, having previously been a financial analyst at one of the nation’s largest wealth management firms. During his tenure with the firm, he worked with the firm’s Investment Committee in optimizing, implementing, and monitoring the firm’s investment strategy across client portfolios. Additionally, he collaborated with the firm’s tax, trust, and estate planning groups in providing a holistic wealth management approach to the firm’s clients.

After his time in the financial industry, Matt chose to pursue a law degree. During his time at Wayne State University Law School, he participated in a medical-legal partnership that provides free legal services in the areas of insurance, housing, employment benefits, life planning, and public benefits to low-income cancer patients receiving treatment at a hospital in downtown Detroit.
