Overview
Sam Morris is a Partner in the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. He represents banks, credit card companies, mortgage lenders and other financial institutions in consumer lawsuits involving federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Sam also has experience litigating insurance coverage and electronic discovery issues.
Sam was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John C. Coughenour; in the United States District Court for the Western District Washington.
