Overview

Allison O. Pennington is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Allison has experience reviewing, drafting and finalizing closing and title documents for various commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive research experience surrounding real property interests including easements and covenants, conditions and restrictions. 

Allison graduated magna cum laude from the University Of South Carolina School Of Law, where she held a place on Dean’s List and President’s List. She was also awarded the School of Law Carolina Fund Scholarship and the George D. Haimbaugh, Jr. Endowed Scholarship Fund. She also received the CALI Award for Entertainment Law. She was a 3L Representative for the First-Generation Law Student Association, and a member of Women in Law and the Judicial Observation and Experience Program. Prior to attending University of South Carolina, she graduated cum laude from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and with a Certificate in Legal Studies. She earned a spot on the Dean’s List in 2017 and received the Zell Miller Scholarship. She was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority and was published in Grady Newsource.
