Emily is a Partner in the Nashville office and practices in the firm's Labor and Employment group, where she defends claims for wrongful discharge, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and other complex matters arising from various laws.

James is a Partner in the Birmingham office and practices in the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy group, focusing on all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency proceedings.

Mike is a Partner in the Mobile office and practices in the firm's Construction group. He helps clients avoid and resolve breaches of contracts, prime and subcontractor disputes, employment disputes, and other conflicts, particularly those relating to government entities and contractors.
