Burr & Forman Expands with the Addition of Two Attorneys Across Footprint

Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Judah L. Solomon and Jonathan H. Plott have joined the firm.

Judah L. Solomon joins the Ft. Lauderdale office as Counsel in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Judah works with a range of clients, including banks, lenders, and servicers on matters involving high-value assets, foreclosures, and general and commercial litigation. He has both civil and criminal trial experience in nearly every county in Florida and has served as lead counsel in thousands of trials.

Jonathan H. Plott joins the Birmingham office as an Associate in the Corporate and Tax Practice Group. He counsels a diverse set of clients from all industries. His practice is focused on private equity, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, and corporate governance. Jonathan also works with business owners to structure succession planning.
