Hanna Lahr

Hanna is a partner in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy group. Her practice focuses on representing creditors and debtors, both in and out of court, on a variety of issues. Hanna helps clients enforce or restructure debt obligations, including through the bankruptcy process.

In bankruptcy cases, Hanna assists clients with first day matters, debtor-in-possession financing, Section 363 sales, automatic stay issues, and claims resolution, among other things. She is experienced with the prosecution and defense of fraudulent transfer and preference avoidance actions.

Hanna is also involved with the collection and enforcement of secured debt obligations. She is experienced with breach-of-contract litigation, receiverships, and counterclaim defense, as well as negotiated out-of-court workouts, including forbearance agreements, note sales, and collateral liquidation.
