Overview
John is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate & Tax Practice Group. He works with clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including business planning and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and general corporate counseling.
John also has a wide range of litigation experience in business and administrative matters. He has appeared before all trial and appellate courts in South Carolina and has represented clients before the federal district and circuit courts.
John received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, his LL.M. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his B.A. from Clemson University.
