Overview
Cade Spivey is a member of the firm’s General Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Cade focuses on representing clients in commercial disputes. In his prior practice, Cade focused on defending globally positioned insurers and employers. He also represented military personnel and contractors in adverse employment actions and security clearance adjudications against the U.S. Department of Defense.
Cade Spivey obtained his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. During his time at Wake Forest, Cade a member of the Veterans Legal Clinic and the Veterans Advocacy Legal Organization. Prior to law school he served as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer. He obtained his B.S. in History from the United States Naval Academy where he was a senior leader of the Brigade Honor Staff, inaugural President of the Honor Congress, and a member of Phi Alpha Theta.
