Overview
Our nationwide transportation team represents numerous railroads, railroad suppliers, switching entities, contractors, shippers, and carriers on contract matters and issues related to cargo and the transportation of goods. Our experience includes representing clients in defending Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) claims, Federal Rail Safety Act (FRSA) claims, railroad crossing accidents, property and tax disputes, employment matters, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and many other transportation-related matters. A large majority of our work involves defending our clients against claims involving FELA.
