Overview
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires proactive risk mitigation to ensure the health and safety of workers. Compliance with OSHA standards, and responding to investigations or litigation, is a primary responsibility of employers.
Our OSHA attorneys advise and assist employers all over the country with OSHA compliance, investigations, and access disputes. We assist our clients in developing compliance processes and training programs as well as prepare them for onsite inspections. Additionally, we represent employers before federal and state regulators and in major OSHA litigation, including cases involving willful citations, fatalities, warrant and citation proceedings, and whistleblower cases under OSHA 11(c). We litigate on behalf of employers in numerous industries, including manufacturing, transportation, environmental, and construction.
