Zack Lawson concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, government investigations, appeals, victims’ rights, complex litigation and sports and entertainment law.

Overview

Zack’s practice involves representing clients at all phases of the criminal process—from pre-indictment investigations to appeals—in both state and federal court. He has successfully represented clients facing FDA and fraud charges, with many of these representations resulting in dismissals or substantially reduced charges. Zack also has represented individuals facing administrative complaints and penalties, including bar disciplinary proceedings and NCAA compliance issues. Zack also has experience representing individuals in professional and collegiate athletics. He also is an NFLPA certified contract advisor, allowing him to negotiate contracts on behalf of NFL players. He also represents entertainers in various industries with transactional matters, including recording contracts, publishing agreements, and film and television deals.
